About Us... The Hawaiian Collectors Association was established primarily to serve as a unified voice for the collection industry in Hawaii. Members of the HCA include collection agencies, finance companies and attorneys. Our members are required to follow the established guidelines and bylaws of both the HCA and ACA International - The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
